10 Again

Yesterday i was so disappointed coz my beloved
Ms. Physiotherapist from SGH did not give
me my favourite electrical stimulation therapy!!!

So sad la can? Haiyoyo.

So cant stand my utter sadness and have to meet
up with my beloved Emillia coz i need to take out
all my anger on her cute face right…

Wahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahaha.

So brought her to Vivocity and take her
jalan-jalan (walk-walk) around that big damn place
until even Harbourfront Centre. I swear my right
knee was shouting for help. So tired!!

And what do i do when i get tired? Stop and eat!!!

Old Man, Eat Big

So i had a hot date with my physiotherapist
at SGH today la can???
Wahahahahaahahahaha…

A grueling 1and a half hours session,
i didnt feel any improvements at all,
although the electrical stimulation therapy
was very nice. Ok nvm, its not
what you people think ok!!!

The true hot date was my dear Emillia,
who accompanied me to the hospital and
waited patiently for me to finish. Such a
girl, is hard to find, yet she makes it soo easy
for me to cherish her. Thanks alot.

And of course, after 90 mins of physio,
a man can get very very hungry!!!
So we decided to dine in at Swensens at
Causeway Point. It has been a while
since i last ate there, and im so loving it!

Prehistoric Present

Not too long ago, a few days back rather,
my family and i celebrated the birthday
of my god brother.

Since it is still the month of March,
this is sort of a belated birthday entry for
him and this is only because
i did not have much free time at hand
these past few days to update.

Been busy with work that now
im on office hours, and have to go to
work everyday in the morning and bustle
through human traffic in the evening.

Naturally i will be drained out,
so i go to sleep straight or i just dont have
enough energy to even switch on the computer.

Sweetness

Firstly, i want to wish a happy Good Friday
to all my friends that are celebrating it,
well you all know who you are.

Public holidays are the best days to just go out,
and see all sorts of people in the streets,
the mall and so on. But, the best part of it,
is just to go somewhere quiet, with a loved one.

That’s what me and baby dear did just now,
just bringing some food to some place quiet,
and enjoy each others company.

And im so digging it!!!

Rule Number What?

It was a beautiful day today,
neither too hot nor was it raining heavily,
so it would be such a waste if i were
to rot away at home rite?!

Of course!!! So it was the perfect day,
to meet up with my dearest again!!!
And decided to head down to Causeway Point
to catch a movie.

Initially we wanted to try the Cathay
at the Ang Mo Kio Hub,
but decided to be faithful to Woodlands cause
that place had never failed us before!!

So off we went, catching the horror flick: Rule #1.

Run Forest, Run

Today was a beautiful day as expected,
so i decided to drag my lazy baby out of bed
and into her running shoes !!!!

Ok maybe it was a wee bit hotter than usual,
but i thought it would be a good opportunity
to keep fit and have a jog at Bedok Reservoir.

I love to run or jog in parks or at reservoirs,
because there’s so many different sights to feast on,
unlike running in a circle in stadiums or
running in a freaking straight line on a treadmill.

Besides, you get to enjoy the breeze after
a hard days run or workout,
especially with a loved one by your side.

The Builder

Today i was on Bob the Builder mode,
and i assembled this wooden construction pieces
which turned out to be a Fantasy Villa.

Ive always liked building things up,
and i remember i used to make so many things
out of ice cream sticks and such. Even toothpicks!!

So now since im my 2nd off day,
i have all the time i need to complete the
structure, and do many alterations to make it
look the same as the picture.

Did i mention that there were no
instructional manual or step by step guidance?
Yep, there wasnt. But i managed well i think.
