The Simples

Sometimes in life, you dont need the fanciful stuffs to make you happy.
Most of the time, the simples in life is sufficient,
to help you enjoy life to the fullest.

And of course when it comes to me,
food is always the issue here !!!! Oh yes!!! I dont need fanciful,
expensive and so called ‘classy’ food to satisfy my stubborn stomach.

And i found that out from Mr. Ya Kun himself, with his delicious kaya toasts.

And the best part is, now that i have nothing much left to do and do repeated things, life is getting pretty much boring!!! Save me!!!

King of Changi

Singapore’s Changi Airport terminals are something that this country can really take pride in. Of course, i regard such greatness in operating system and design a massive achievement for a small country like Singapore.

Its something worth giving hype and honour, unlike the recent YOG hosting announcement. Dont get me wrong i love sports. But too much hype. Too much. I hope Singapore doesnt embarrass where performance is concerned. So unlikely.

Anyways like ive said, not only does our airport have a very easy to understand and convenient system, its design and planning is superb. Not to mention our security, which our government is very strict on.

And the opening of Terminal 3, T3, has taken air travel system and design to great new heights, and it looks like Singapore is set to win the best airport in the world again. Of course, if youre smart there are other undiscussed reasons why T3 was opened.

Turkish Delight

Im not that of a turkish food fan, by i do love their kebab chicken and meats.

So when my mum received a discounted offer at the Sofra Turkish Café & Restaurant, we decided to spend our Sunday lunch pigging out on turkish food.

Overall, the food was alright, but nothing that special also. If youre finding an affordable eating place that serves up something a bit different than your local flavours, then head down to Sofra.

Decent food, but really damn bloody filling. They serve very big portions, so go on an empty stomach!!!!!!

Hot Air

Yes yes yes… By now many many Singaporeans, or should i say, the whole wide world knows that our little tiny weeny small-dot-on-the-map country is hosting the first ever Youth Olympic Games (YOG).

So much celebrations and noises and cheers in town that day, all excited and geared up to welcome the YOG to Singapore, and looking forward to watching on these games.

Some people even took time off their busy schedules and take along their loved ones to witness the official announcement, hoping and praying that Singapore would go down the record books as the 1st country to hold YOG.
